This goal gave rise to <strong>Q-food Ardenne<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>Between 2014 and 2017, Q-group took up residence in a logistics warehouse belonging to IDELUX for storage and stock management as well as to distribute and market products.\u00a0 The perfect opportunity to assess the value of these new markets!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 600px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-6856-1\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/investinluxembourg.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Q-food_Ardenne_final_FRENCH_H264.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/investinluxembourg.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Q-food_Ardenne_final_FRENCH_H264.mp4\">https:\/\/investinluxembourg.be\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/Q-food_Ardenne_final_FRENCH_H264.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Ardenne logistics, a sure-fire hit!<\/h4>\n<p>The experience quickly proved to be a success, so the company made the decision to purchase <strong>1.5 hectares at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investinluxembourg.be\/atout\/ardenne-logistics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ardenne Logistics park<\/a> to build a brand new building there. An investment of more than \u20ac7.5 million!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Q-food Ardenne encompasses 4 major areas of activity:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>deliveries to local authority organisations such as hospitals and nursing homes in the provinces of Li\u00e8ge, Hainaut, Luxembourg and Namur;<\/li>\n<li>receiving and boning beef carcasses;<\/li>\n<li>maturing meat from Belgian Blue cattle bred in the region;<\/li>\n<li>producing minced beef on a large scale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>90 % of production in Neufch\u00e2teau is sold internationally, <\/strong>mainly in France but also in other European and Asian countries. The immediate proximity of two motorways (E25 and E411) offers the <strong>perfect location<\/strong> in which to flourish in Wallonia with easy access to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as well as other export countries (Netherlands, France and Germany).<\/p>\n<p>According to Luc VERHULST, CEO of Q-group, \u201cWorking with IDELUX was an obvious choice, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investinluxembourg.be\/nos-services\/\" rel=\" noopener\"><strong>the inter-municipal organisation<\/strong><\/a> is <strong>the perfect partner in Luxembourg province<\/strong> to support businesses with every aspect of setting up (business real estate, levelling the land, administrative aspects, securing permits etc.).
