EXCITING DEVELOPMENT PROSPECTS<\/h2>\n

Centre Ardenne is home to 8 business parks<\/a><\/u><\/strong> based in the municipalities of L\u00e9glise<\/a><\/u><\/strong>, Libramont (Recogne<\/a><\/u><\/strong> and Flohimont<\/a><\/u><\/strong>), Bertrix (Les Corettes<\/a><\/u><\/strong> and Le Saupont<\/a><\/u><\/strong>), Saint-Hubert<\/a><\/u><\/strong> and Neufch\u00e2teau (Semel<\/a><\/u><\/strong> and Ardenne Logistics<\/a><\/u><\/strong>). In the months and years to come, new projects will be launched to respond to the resulting demand for facilities.<\/p>\n

In 2024, Longlier will be welcoming the arrival of a new business park as an extension to the Semel park (which is currently full). In Bertrix, interested businesses will be able to move into the extension to the Corettes park in 2023-2024. On the Saupont site, the former sawmill, Comes, will be enjoying a makeover. In L\u00e9glise and Saint-Hubert, two business incubators, each one covering a surface area of 250m\u00b2, will soon be available (in 2021).<\/p>\n

ARDENNE LOGISTICS, A SAFE BET<\/span><\/h2>\n

Of the parks in Centre Ardenne, Ardenne Logistics<\/a><\/u><\/strong>\u00a0(85 hectares totally dedicated to logistics) boasts some undeniable benefits. Close to the main markets in Western Europe, it has direct links to the E25 and E411 motorways, and enjoys bimodal rail\/road access to 58 million consumers within 4\u00bd hours. <\/strong>As well as this, there are 4 international airports nearby (Brussels, Brussels South, Li\u00e8ge-Bierset and Luxembourg-Findel).<\/p>\n

Among other things, the park offers large spaces<\/strong> (from 20,000m\u00b2 to 80,000m\u00b2 by joining up plots depending on requirements), whilst also offering excellent development quality and fantastic facilities, as well as a successful security system.<\/p>\n
