Relay hall, THE PERFECT SOLUTION FOR SETTING UP YOUR BUSINESS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

IDELUX, Belgian Luxembourg\u2019s economic Development Agency<\/strong><\/a>, offers companies relay halls that are available to hire. There are <\/span>around forty of them<\/strong>,\u00a0all over\u00a0<\/span>the Province of Belgian Luxembourg<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

These buildings are\u00a0fully equiped.<\/strong>\u00a0They feature both\u00a0administrative spaces<\/strong>\u00a0(office, meeting room, bathrooms, kitchenette etc.) and a\u00a0hall ranging from 200m\u00b2 to 650m\u00b2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In general, a relay hall is based in a business park<\/strong><\/a>, which means that you can also forge relationships with your neighbours and (why not?)\u00a0do business with them.<\/strong><\/p>\n

New units will be built in the next few years\u00a0in Arlon, Aubange, Florenville, L\u00e9glise, Libin, Marche-en-Famenne and Saint-Hubert.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the centre of Baranzy in the south of Belgian Luxembourg, this relay hall covers 626m\u00b2, 138m\u00b2 of which is for administrative use (offices, meeting room, catering area,<\/strong>\u00a0etc.). It was built in 2011.<\/p>\n

Unique feature: it is built with\u00a0a wooden frame and reflects the principles of sustainable development\u00a0<\/strong>(insulation, blending into the landscape, compliant U coefficient, sustainable materials etc.).<\/p>\n

This is another\u00a0fully equipped relay hall, covering 540m\u00b2, with parking and a manoeuvring area<\/strong>. It enjoys a fantastic location on the Wex \u00e0 Marche-en-Famenne business park, close to the town centre, the N4 (Arlon-Namur) and the N63 (Li\u00e8ge).<\/p>\n
